Thanks very much for your inquiry. Yes, it will be possible for you and you family to come and live in Portugal, if you can prove you have funds to be self-sufficient. Portugal also has a type of visa which allows you to come and work as a self-employ, or as an entrepreneur.
The visa must be requested from Portuguese Consulate where you are resident and it is valid for four months. This period of four months will allow the person to enter Portugal in order to apply for the residence permit. This can be renewed every two years, after 5 years the holder can apply for a permanent residence permit, and after a further year, for citizenship.
Your family is also entitled to a residence permit, based on family reunification rules.
